By assessing, diagnosing and treating physical symptoms and limited movement caused by injury, aging, disability, or health condition.
ALRC’s physiotherapist’s will work with patients to regain, maintain and attain optimal movement, flexibility and physical independence. Will develop customized therapeutical plans that help patients take back control. Will teach patients how to restore, maintain and/or maximize movement, reduce pain, and manage any chronic symptoms. Will teach patients how to maintain wellness, avoid future injury and achieve the best quality of life they can.
​​Physiotherapists can treat many conditions including (but not limited to) back pain/injury, whiplash, pregnancy-related muscle/joint issues, pelvic conditions and vertigo to name a few. Managing arthritic pain can be help by seeing a physiotherapist.
ALRC’s physiotherapists’ use individualized therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and other treatment modality like Photobiomodulation therapy, dry needling etc.
